For Non-Profits

Non-profits who wish to offer economic empowerment to their members can register their organization to participate in this partnership.  In this public service initiative, attendees will learn, at no cost, how to utilize free open source programming to design their own fully functional and professional website, as well as how to apply basic business theory.  Knowledge of computer coding is not necessary.  Workshops are limited and scheduled on a first-come basis. 

This workshop is best for individuals who:

  • Aspire to be an entrepreneur or who already work independently
  • Would like to brainstorm possibilities and collaborate with other entrepreneurs in a small group setting
  • Are comfortable working with computers and navigating the internet
  • Would like a supportive and well-constructed jumpstart  in creating a website with like-minded people
  • Participants learn how to build their own website.
  • A free workshop offered to the public as a community service initiative.  
  • No coding knowledge needed.
