This class is a City of Chicago requirement for all summer festival foodservice vendors. This 2 1/2 hour class covers subject matter specific to outdoor food handling, while reinforcing proper time and temperature requirements, holding and serving techniques. All registration sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferrable. See course dates and location information below:
