FOOD SERVICE SANITATION
Food service workers and professionals can now register to obtain required certifications and testing services:
At our conveniently located classes and in comfortable small group settings, attendees will learn the required techniques and applications for properly preparing, handling and serving time and temperature controlled food safely at indoor and outdoor settings per the municipal code. Exam proctoring is also available with a certified proctor. Seating is limited and are available on a first-come basis. Select sessions are either virtual or held in person, with most at locations that are wheelchair accessible with free on-street parking.
